Operate low bed and winch trucks for Helical Pile Solutions while loading equipment and managing rough access conditions. Safety awareness guides every assignment.
This Heavy Haul Driver position requires minimum five years of experience, a valid Class 1 license, and a clean drivers abstract. You will support equipment movement through inspections, loading, unloading, and minor repairs. The work includes changing shifts, daily overtime, and periods of up to 21 days away from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload equipment with little site supervision
- Complete equipment walk-around inspections
- Maintain daily safety practices and attend tailboard meetings
- Adapt to changing shifts and working conditions
- Work overtime daily and extended assignments away from home
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license
- Low bed truck and winch truck experience
- Heavy haul experience with protected driving practices
- Familiarity with E-logs, including pre-trip and post-trip entries
- Ability to work independently and within a team
