You will collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, health care partners, and care teams while supporting residents’ changing needs. The role includes directing Personal Support Workers and communicating significant resident status changes when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses on unit policies
- Notify physicians about significant resident status changes
- Coordinate care with health care team members

Requirements:
- Sound background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
- Experience with long-term care nursing practices
- Knowledge of College nursing standards and legislation
- Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
- Good-standing membership with the College of Nurses of Ontario
