Support seniors in long-term care through resident care planning and staff leadership at Extendicare’s Hamilton Home, Ontario.

As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide care according to standards of practice and guide personal care staff. Your responsibilities include planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work. You will also assist with current team member orientation and training. The full-time evening shift runs from 3PM to 11PM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide resident care according to practice standards

Requirements:

- Current provincial College of Nurses registration
