Apex Industries seeks an experienced Fabrication Welder with TIG expertise, strong fitting skills, and precision across custom manufacturing projects.

This full-time, permanent position reports to the Fabrication Supervisor and supports the Custom Contract Manufacturing Group. You will assemble and weld components from stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other materials. The work demands accurate measurements, drawing interpretation, and independent priority management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fit and assemble components for custom manufacturing projects
- Use TIG and applicable welding processes
- Check fit-up, dimensions, welds, tolerances, and specifications
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and material-handling equipment safely
- Maintain clean, organized, secure work areas

Requirements:

- Five or more years of relevant welding or fabrication experience
- Strong fabrication, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
- Experience with stainless steel and aluminum preferred
- Knowledge of rigging procedures considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
