Support clients through renewals, endorsements, and coverage recommendations as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in North York. This is an in-office role.

Working within a forward-thinking insurance brokerage, you will manage personal lines service activity across an impressive book of business. The role requires two to five years of brokerage experience, a RIBO license, and knowledge of underwriting and coverages. Solid communication supports calls, emails, client files, and underwriter responses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
- Recommend additional coverages based on client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients through calls and emails
- Maintain detailed electronic client files accurately
- Provide coverage and risk management guidance to inquiries

Requirements:

- Personal lines brokerage experience of two to five years
- RIBO license is required for this position
- Solid personal lines underwriting knowledge
- Understanding of personal lines coverages
- EPIC or Compuquote familiarity is a plus
