This Employee Voice Advisor role serves internal stakeholders, subsidiaries, and People Analytics colleagues. You will interpret employee engagement and psychological health findings using established practices and literature. Your analysis will support organizational initiatives, KPIs, questionnaires, and communication of results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as Employee Voice subject matter expert and stakeholder contact
- Interpret survey findings with stakeholders and prepare communications
- Support HR data use across DP Talents projects




- Manage manager satisfaction surveys for VPTC services
- Contribute to listening strategies, indicators, and questionnaires

Requirements:

- Robust expertise in Employee Voice and employee experience
- Rigorous analysis supporting organizational initiatives
- Ability to own complex issues independently
- Ability to help stakeholders understand and use indicators
- Advanced French and intermediate English proficiency
