Support NEI Investments reporting at Aviso through mutual fund knowledge, regulatory analysis, and careful financial data review.
As Senior Analyst, Fund Reporting, you will participate in reporting across NEI mutual funds, portfolios, pools, and alternative mutual funds. You will review financial statements and offering documents, coordinate reporting production, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Portfolio Management, Marketing, and Information Technology teams. The work supports accurate regulatory deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements and supporting documentation
- Produce financial information for MRFP, fund facts, and prospectuses
- Check definitions, calculations, and methodologies across filings
- Coordinate internal teams and document service providers
- Support distributions, tax provisions, and related working papers
Requirements:
- Five years' relevant financial and regulatory reporting experience
- Experience in mutual fund or asset management industries
- Knowledge of investment fund International Financial Reporting Standards
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Fluent English; French bilingual skills are an asset
