Keep robotic and automated production equipment operating reliably as a Maintenance Technician with HERD at 2168 Springfield Road. Work full time afternoons, Monday through Friday.

HERD seeks an experienced technician with a hands-on approach to equipment maintenance and minimal-supervision troubleshooting. This manufacturing role covers robotic systems, mechanical repairs, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, facility maintenance, and production support. PLC knowledge is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and maintain robotic production equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components
- Clean, lubricate, inspect, and maintain production equipment
- Perform facility maintenance and general repairs
- Support equipment reliability and production efficiency improvements

Requirements:

- Three or more years of mechanical maintenance experience
- Robotic or automated equipment experience is an asset
- PLC knowledge or experience is an asset
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize tasks with minimal supervision
