As a Pharmacy Homecare Invoicing Clerk, you will raise purchase orders, receipt goods, and prepare documents for processing. The work supports homecare services delivering pharmacy supplies directly to patients' homes. You will use the pharmacy computer system, follow Trust Standard Financial Instructions, and help maintain accurate financial records. The department supports homecare activity across the Trust and works closely with clinical and technical colleagues. This role suits someone ready to develop new skills while applying careful attention to detail. Remote working is offered one day weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Raise purchase orders against Homecare goods invoices




- Interpret prescription details and match required documentation
- Receipt goods against delivery documents under established procedures
- Prioritise payments and explicit long outstanding invoices
- Run invoice reports and record information for audit

Requirements:
