The LCBO is seeking one Casual Customer Service Representative for its Pickle Lake store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create positive customer experiences while serving wine, beer, and spirits shoppers. Your work will combine sales-floor interaction, computerized transactions, inventory receiving, stock replenishment, and product handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers and provide knowledgeable assistance
- Create positive experiences with colleagues and representatives
- Process customer transactions using computerized registers
- Receive inventory and unload incoming trucks
- Handle products and replenish store stock

Requirements:

- Recognize and deliver exceptional customer service
