Keep a maintained tractor-trailer fleet road-ready in Mississauga with diesel diagnostics, major component repairs, and a Sunday-to-Wednesday schedule.
As a licensed 310T diesel mechanic, you will diagnose and repair tractors and trailers across the full fleet. Your work covers engines, transmissions, fuel systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and HVAC. You will complete preventive maintenance, document repairs, and confirm results through road testing. The schedule runs from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-fleet tractor and trailer diagnostics
- Overhaul engines, transmissions, differentials, and fuel systems
- Maintain air and hydraulic brake systems
- Complete and document all preventive maintenance levels
- Write warrantable repairs on repair orders
Requirements:
- Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician qualification
- Current Skilled Trades Ontario certification
- At least five years of tractor-trailer experience
- Class G licence with planned DZ qualification
- Full personal hand-tool set
