As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee renovation and construction project execution, including self-performed work. The position combines project scheduling, general purchase order cost tracking, time approvals, and material take-offs. Property and facility management responsibilities are also included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate construction project schedules and site staging
- Track general purchase order costs and approve time
- Complete material take-offs and place orders
- Manage property and facility requirements
- Supervise repairs, forming, finishing, and reinforcement

Requirements:

- Proven leadership within the construction industry
- Required property development and management experience
- Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter Certification or higher
- Experience training workers in job site safety
- Clean drivers abstract
