Bring Windows support and cloud administration skills to WCB-Alberta’s Application & Cloud Services team in Edmonton, Alberta.

As an IT Specialist II, you will provide day-to-day support for on-premises applications and cloud-based environments. The position covers software installation, tuning, troubleshooting, testing, packaging, distribution, and deployment. You will research technology, prepare standards-based documentation, answer IT questions, and contribute to implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer at least two WCB IT applications and cloud environments
- Test, package, script, and distribute hardware and software
- Research requested technologies and support ACS initiatives




- Liaise with the service desk regarding ticket response
- Provide training or mentoring within BTS groups

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of IT industry experience
- Proven troubleshooting and technical support experience
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Teams, Dynamics 365, Integration Runtime
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology
