This Associate, Client Services position supports daily operations and longer-term initiatives within a public finance institution. You will serve as a first point of contact, resolve concerns, and help maintain positive client experiences. The role also supports relationship management, product development, presentations, networking, and ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as an initial contact for MFA clients
- Respond promptly and accurately to client enquiries

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent education in finance or related studies
- Ability to communicate complex information simply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
