Morningstar DBRS is seeking a Senior Analyst to support research covering middle-market and highly leveraged companies. The position combines data sourcing, financial modeling, and credit analysis while collaborating with senior analysts and management. It offers exposure to creditworthiness assessments and increasing ratings responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop financial research structures and quantitative analytical tools
- Analyze trends across financial markets and leveraged finance
- Review financial statements and assess credit fundamentals




- Prepare credit recommendations and rating committee materials
- Build relationships with lenders, investors, and bankers

Requirements:

- Two to four years in credit, leveraged finance, or quantitative research
- Bachelor’s degree in a related analytical field
- Experience analyzing financial statements and large datasets
- Time-series and cross-sectional data analysis experience
- Progress toward CFA designation is a plus
