As Team Lead, you will demonstrate knowledge of team operations and the designated work area process. The assignment involves Daimler products and systems, accurate data collection, interpreting work instructions, and developing solutions for operational issues. Close work with management is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support assigned work groups across designated operations
- Interpret work instructions and bills of materials
- Develop and implement practical solutions using Lean concepts
- Train, coach, and mentor employees
- Communicate issues to Materials, Quality, Packaging Lab, and I.T.

Requirements:

- Two years progressive warehouse experience with leadership capability
- Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and information effectively
- Willingness to accept responsibility and work with management
- Dedication to learning and applying continuous improvement concepts
