In this entry-level Field Recruiter position, you will execute recruitment strategies for SGU’s School of Medicine and School of Veterinary Medicine. The work combines territory events, prospective student engagement, advisor relationships, and accurate CRM activity tracking. Ontario is the primary territory, while additional regions may be assigned. You will report to the Executive Director of Recruitment and serve as a frontline SGU representative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct advising conversations with students and families when appropriate
- Maintain communication through phone, email, text,



and social media
- Follow up with applicants and nurture enrollment relationships
- Respond to inquiries from students, families, and advisors
- Communicate student insights for seamless Admissions Team handoffs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and one to two years related experience
- Comfort engaging diverse students, families, and institutional partners
- Effective public speaking and presentation abilities
- Excellent digital, written, and verbal communication skills
- Availability for extensive travel, evenings, and weekends
