Support Humber River Health’s Nursing Resource Team as a Registered Nurse, using communication and critical thinking across inpatient care areas. Work permanent full-time rotating shifts.

Based at the Wilson and Finch Sites, this Registered Nurse supports a multi-site hospital serving northwest Greater Toronto Area communities. Nursing Resource Team members are trained across Medicine and Surgical Inpatient Units, with specialty training available when needed. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative practice, patient and family teaching, and effective prioritization are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cover Medicine and Surgical Inpatient Units
- Perform Registered Nurse duties across assigned inpatient units
- Work all required rotating shifts




- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
- Set priorities while working in a quick-paced environment

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario RN registration
- Current BCLS certification or demonstrated competency
- Mandatory recent Medical or Surgical experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient teaching skills
- Excellent attendance and discipline-free record

Use collaborative nursing practice, assessment skills, and prioritization to serve patients across Humber River Health inpatient units.
