As a full time Occupational Health Nurse and Administrator, you will combine patient information management with clinical assessment services. The position includes pre-employment screening, drug and alcohol testing, and workplace testing. It also supports accurate records, quality assurance, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-employment and occupational health screening
- Complete onsite and mobile client workplace testing
- Review clinical assessments and support quality assurance
- Release, track, upload, and maintain testing documentation
- Communicate through Microsoft Teams, email,
and phone channels
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse registration in Ontario
- Strong organization and time management across competing priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professionalism, confidentiality, and relationship-building standards
- Occupational Health Nursing certification is an asset
