Within Business Technology Services, this permanent position supports Application & Cloud Services delivery and daily technology operations. You will resolve IT questions, support applications, administer environments, respond to tickets, and contribute to technology implementation projects. The position also supports WCB applications including eCO, PAM, RapidReport, SAM, LCR, Akumina, and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve IT-related questions and operational problems
- Respond to tickets and liaise with service desk
- Administer at least two WCB IT applications
- Perform hardware and software testing
- Provide training or mentoring to technology groups

Requirements:

- Demonstrated competency supporting Windows systems
- Linux skills considered an asset
- Strong technical troubleshooting and client service skills
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
