Hear at Home is a boutique hearing clinic in North Vancouver with 375+ five-star reviews. Our front desk plays a key role in creating the warm, professional experience our clients expect.

We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Customer Care Coordinator who enjoys a busy clinic environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

Pay

$23 per hour

The Role

This position supports the daily operations of our clinic front desk.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phones and assisting clients with appointments and questions
- Greeting clients and managing check-in
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the clinic team with general administrative tasks
