Birch Mountain Enterprises needs an experienced Parts Technician supporting its Maintenance Team. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will manage parts ordering, receiving, distribution, inventory organization, and daily support-staff direction. The position serves business, facility, and equipment needs while maintaining skilled service for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily activities of Shipper/Receiver support staff
- Organize parts-room locations, labels, and inventory catalogues
- Provide maintenance management software implementation support




- Support maintenance budgeting as directed by management
- Inspect operations, identify deficiencies, and correct issues

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ parts technician experience in transportation
- Previous supervisory experience
- Knowledge of various trucking-industry aspects
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
