As Encore’s Event Audio Visual Operations Manager, you will direct technicians and operational support staff throughout daily event workflows. The work includes equipment readiness, inventory control, billing approval, cost-efficiency recommendations, and onsite service. You will also mentor staff, support training, and address performance management while maintaining Encore standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure equipment and services arrive on time and specified
- Review quotes and recommend cost efficiencies
- Approve client billing and identify potential challenges
- Supervise, mentor, and develop operational team members
- Train staff on company systems and software

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required
- Four-plus years audio visual and customer service experience
- Two-plus years supervisory experience or Encore ADOP completion
- Experience leading workflow and team members
- Effective leadership and customer satisfaction abilities
