Drive operational readiness for SE Health programs by aligning people, processes, tools, and capacity before transition into BAU operations.

As Program Implementation Manager, you will ensure operational solutions and deliverables support intended outcomes throughout implementation. The work spans requirements assessment, readiness planning, execution governance, and operational stabilization. You will partner with operational leaders, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather implementation requirements from business and delivery teams
- Clarify objectives, scope, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies
- Confirm readiness across people, processes, tools, and capacity
- Ensure processes, workflows, and quality plans are documented




- Provide implementation risks and recommendations to leadership

Requirements:

- Four to seven years of relevant management experience
- Demonstrated program, service, or operational implementation experience
- Readiness, transition, and early stabilization experience
- Ability to lead through influence across complex environments
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile or Scrum an asset
