As Field Supervisor, you will execute services according to company procedures and coordinate field support for Stream-Flo product lines. Responsibilities include client satisfaction, service promotion, equipment maintenance, technician assessments, competency evaluations, and collaboration with branch and service leaders. Strong organization and communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute field services according to company procedures
- Maintain equipment and company property to expectations
- Provide customer presentations and promote service sales




- Assess and evaluate Service Technician competencies
- Maintain accurate records and provide operational reports

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years of wellhead products and service experience
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in new technologies
- Robust organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide solutions
