As Site Communications Manager and Management Committee member, you manage Mirabel site communications with a robust internal focus. You advise local leadership, align plans with Airbus Atlantic policy, and support corporate culture. Your work spans transformation, crisis communication, employer branding, and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise the Director and Management Committee on communication issues
- Build and deploy aligned local and global communication plans
- Support ramp-up, quality, safety, and employer-brand objectives
- Manage transformation and crisis-related communication activities




- Produce articles, visuals, audiovisual content, and internal events

Requirements:

- Higher education degree in communication or related field
- Significant corporate communication experience with a 360-degree perspective
- Understanding of production-site challenges; aerospace experience is an asset
- Strong writing, editorial, influence, and content-creation abilities
- Impeccable spoken and written French and English
