The Delivery Service Centre Analyst supports clerical activities for the Delivery Service Centre and regional Routing and Transportation teams. You will organize workflow across Syntellic, Sysco Transportation System, Verizon, and Roadnet. The position also includes data entry, KPI tracking, safety reporting, and operational communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize workflow across delivery and transportation systems
- Provide accurate, timely clerical support to Operations
- Communicate driver delays to sales and operations teams
- Generate reports and enter transportation data
- Assist with safety reporting, KPI tracking, and investigations
Requirements:
- Exposure to Operations Systems
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Commitment to reporting hazards and incidents promptly
