The role coordinates driver activity, monitors load execution, manages shipment updates, and addresses operational issues. It requires experience supporting over-the-road transportation operations, cross-border coordination, and customs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for drivers
- Coordinate driver activity and load assignments
- Track shipments and monitor delivery performance

Requirements:

- Two-plus years in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or related fields
- Experience supporting drivers and over-the-road operations
