As an Early Years Room Leader, you will lead planning and age-appropriate curriculum activities. You will create inclusive learning spaces, support your team, and track children’s progress. The role also includes communication with parents, personal care, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead age-appropriate activity and curriculum planning
- Create protected, stimulating, inclusive learning environments
- Support team performance through leadership and collaboration
- Track children’s development and communicate progress with parents
- Provide key-person care and personal support

Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Supervisory experience is advantageous
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Passion for children’s development and family relationships
