At Elysium Healthcare’s 1a Upper Brighton Road service, you will support the Home Manager in delivering high-quality care. The role includes staff supervision, person-centred planning, budget management, and coordination of on-call services. You will help maintain productive relationships, prepare for contract reviews, and support strategic development aligned with Elysium’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Home Manager with service leadership and delivery
- Supervise staff and promote effective teamwork
- Plan, implement, and monitor person-centred care
- Coordinate on-call services and manage budgets
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards
- Senior healthcare experience with an excellent track record
- Understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and sensory processing
