Requirements:

- Information Technology, networking, computer science, or related diploma or degree
- Five or more years of desktop or technical support experience
- Solid Windows and Microsoft 365 support experience
- Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, mobile devices, and applications
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
