XTL seeks an experienced Night Dispatcher and Planner for a 12-hour, four-on/four-off shift. You will coordinate daily routes, monitor deliveries, and support drivers, customers, and internal teams. The work includes hours-of-service management, compliance, dispatch updates, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor daily fleet routes
- Answer phones and satellite messages promptly
- Manage productivity and dispatch status using AS 400 tools
- Plan drivers for service levels exceeding 98 percent
- Resolve breakdowns, reassignments, delays, cancellations, and weather disruptions

Requirements:

- Two to three years of experience preferred; training available
- Geographical knowledge considered an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
