Alliance Maintenance is hiring a field supervisor for strata properties throughout Metro Vancouver. This position leads frontline employees, reinforces company standards, and supports consistent service across multiple sites. You will also work with Operations Management on continuous improvement and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, support, and coach frontline site teams
- Provide transparent direction and reinforce company standards
- Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks when required
- Support pressure washing, minor repairs, patching, and painting
- Provide relief coverage and emergency response support

Requirements:

- Two to five years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience managing frontline staff and personnel issues
- Hands-on janitorial and basic handyman knowledge
- Confident communication and team accountability skills
- Flexibility for after-hours calls when needed
