This Gardening Foreman role leads a small crew on gardening and landscape maintenance projects. You will maintain lawns and gardens through planting, pruning, weeding, and general care. The work supports residential and commercial properties throughout the North Shore, with a focus on protected, high-standard service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small crew on landscape maintenance projects
- Perform lawn care, planting, pruning, and weeding
- Complete general garden maintenance across client properties
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- Provide excellent service to residential and commercial clients
Requirements:
- At least one year of landscaping or gardening experience
- Strong knowledge of lawn and garden maintenance
- Leadership experience or ability to lead small crews
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented approach
