1.0 FTE Term, Itinerant Substitute Teacher (11 positions)
Effective: November 30, 2026 to March 25, 2027
Various Locations
- Placed on a term contract for 4 months,with the expectation that the contract will be fulfilled in its entirety.
- Perform regular substitute duties within a K-8 setting.
- Assigned to a family of neighbourhood family of schools (3-4 locations).
- Each morning between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m., the itinerant teacher is assigned to one of their schools to fill a teaching vacancy. Some days, this teacher may be transferred to one school in the morning and another in the afternoon. Mileage is paid for in these situations.
- Will attend staff meetings and PD events in one of their assigned schools.
- Having a vehicle is an asset.
- The ability to speak French is an asset.
