Advise Meridian Members on complex credit and investments as a full-time, on-site Financial Services Advisor in Cambridge, Ontario.

This 18-month contract supports the Hespeler Branch as a senior branch sales and leadership team member. You will understand Member needs, recommend financial solutions, manage portfolios, and promote Meridian products and services. The position also supports business goals and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide investment advice tailored to Member needs
- Approve or recommend credit products within limits
- Open accounts and manage Member portfolios
- Promote products, services, referrals, and digital engagement
- Support branch strategies and community activities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or three years’ equivalent experience
- Financial services sales experience with proven sales results
- Robust financial industry knowledge and business acumen
- Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
