Provide comprehensive birthing care as a Registered Nurse at Humber River Health’s Wilson Site, supporting women and newborns across rotating shifts.

This temporary part time Registered Nurse role serves the Birthing Unit through antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care. You will assess patients, stabilize newborns, support families, and contribute to cesarean births. The position reports to the Manager, Birthing Unit, with work across days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess women throughout antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum periods
- Provide total patient care and newborn transitional support
- Scrub and circulate for cesarean births
- Educate and support patients and families
- Work on the Mother Baby Unit when needed

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS or CPR certification upon hire
- Current NRP and Fetal Monitoring certification, or obtain within three months
- Recent Birthing Unit experience
- Ability to work rotating twelve-hour shifts and weekend rotations
