The Delivery Service Centre Analyst supports clerical activities for DSC, Routing, and Transportation teams. Responsibilities include workflow coordination across Syntellic, STS, Verizon, and Roadnet, plus accurate operational administration. The position also supports safety reporting, KPI tracking, investigations, and driver relief coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize DSC and transportation system workflow
- Enter data and generate transportation reports
- Communicate driver delays to sales and operations
- Prepare operational communications for distribution
- Support safety reporting, KPI tracking, and investigations

Requirements:

- Minimum one year in a distribution environment
- Exposure to operations systems
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite proficiency
