We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and confident taking the next step in their change management career.

You should be comfortable supporting assessments and plans, managing day‑to‑day activities, engaging with stakeholders and finding practical solutions to problems. We value people who are self‑starting, succinct in their communication and focused on outcomes rather than simply tracking activity.
The successful candidate will be organised, commercially aware and comfortable working in a fast‑moving project environment where flexibility and initiative are important.
