This Quality Systems Coordinator organizes internal and third-party site audits and helps ensure quality requirements are managed effectively. The position supports non-conformance resolution, product release, change management, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality systems is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and participate in internal and third-party site audits
- Manage and resolve non-conformances appropriately
- Maintain procedures, work instructions, and QMS documentation
- Lead change management initiatives and conduct risk assessments
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant quality or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing technical documents and work instructions
