Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and promote annual HRM Spring and Fall Job Fairs
- Create and manage virtual, hybrid, and in-person events
- Resolve technical issues for attendees and presenters
- Coordinate target-group and sector-specific employment events
- Collect evaluations, analyze results, and report findings

Requirements:

- Event management education or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Canva, MS Office, and event platforms
- Experience executing event marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of event planning ethics and practices
- Ability to secure required background checks
