Shape employee engagement and organizational change as People & Culture Manager with Mainline Living and Traine Construction & Development in Kelowna.

Reporting to the Vice President of People & Business Services, you will oversee People & Culture across both organizations. This experienced position leads a small HR team while partnering with senior stakeholders. You will support learning, leadership development, recruitment, and workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee People & Culture functions across both organizations
- Lead and support a small HR team
- Drive learning and development initiatives
- Strengthen leadership capabilities and employee engagement
- Develop policies, systems, and technology-enabled processes

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of progressive HR experience
- Previous experience within the property management industry
- CPHR designation and multi-site operations experience
- Experience with employee relations and organizational change
- Confident communication and senior leadership partnership skills
