We’re looking for an experienced controller / bookkeeper who lives in the area and knows our Eastern Ontario communities well. You’ll manage our books and be a key part of our office team.

Whether you’ve spent years managing the books for a small business or you’re a seasoned bookkeeper ready to join a friendly, family-run team, we’d love to hear from you.

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare journal entries
- Run payroll and handle HR administration
- Oversee banking and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements independently

Required Skills and Experience

- Confidence managing the books from start to finish with little supervision
- Someone organized, reliable and ready to jump in from day one
- A bookkeeping certificate is an asset, but it isn’t required.
