The Contract Specialist advises Business Development and Program Management on contractual matters within the Satellite Systems business unit. This position handles complex transactions, from drafting and negotiation through administration, while supporting proposals and contractual compliance. It also contributes to policies, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise teams on contractual matters for commercial satellite transactions
- Negotiate, draft, review, and execute commercial and government agreements
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate liability and risk exposure
- Administer agreements,



amendments, claims, and change orders
- Support proposal reviews, terms, conditions, and submissions

Requirements:

- Four to eight years in aerospace, defense, or high technology
- Experience managing complex commercial and government transactions
- Post-secondary degree in business, law, or engineering
- Solid communication, judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods and NATO Secret clearances
