J5 Design seeks a Service Designer with six years of qualified service design or digital product design experience. You will support human-centred design across research, prototyping, testing, and implementation. The work connects user needs with practical improvements for complex services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service design activities from discovery through implementation
- Conduct research, synthesize findings, and recommend design solutions
- Create journey maps, blueprints, ecosystem maps, and prototypes
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements for alignment
- Apply accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles
Requirements:
- Six years’ professional service or digital product design experience
- University degree in service design, UX design, or related field
- Experience addressing complex digital service challenges
- Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools
