Island Animal Hospital in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The role is ideal for an organized, motivated, and empathetic qualified taking on a central hospital support function.

You will greet clients, manage check-ins/outs, schedule appointments, handle calls, and coordinate communication with medical teams to support emergency and specialty care. Training is provided for our in-house systems.
