Support clients through behavioral health case management while coordinating services, outreach, and strengths-based planning. Work Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Central City Concern seeks a Case Manager to engage individuals, gather client histories, and develop strengths-based service plans. The position uses recovery terminology, evidence-based practices, and interdisciplinary collaboration across addictions, mental health, and criminality treatment. You will coordinate with housing providers and support networks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outreach and engage clients non-coercively
- Collect client information through interviews, records, and consultation
- Develop strengths-based service plans with clients
- Coordinate residential, housing,



and support services
- Maintain accurate client records and required paperwork

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED plus qualifying experience
- Current driver’s license and acceptable DMV background check
- Understanding of recovery terminology highly preferred
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Ability to meet physical demands and climb stairs
