Lead supplier governance at Sun Life through performance management and risk analysis in a hybrid role supporting Canadian business units. Coordinate suppliers, contracts, and scorecards across an assigned portfolio.

The Senior Specialist, Supplier Strategy & Integration manages supplier relationships, lifecycle activities, reporting, and governance requirements. You will support onboarding, renewals, due diligence, business reviews, and continuous improvement. The role partners with suppliers and Sourcing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other internal functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier performance, service levels, obligations, risks, issues, and escalations
- Coordinate onboarding, integrations, renewals, amendments, and change requests
- Develop scorecards, KPIs, operating reports, and business reviews
- Support due diligence,



risk assessments, and governance practices
- Maintain governance information, procedures, presentations, and templates

Requirements:

- Knowledge of supplier relationship management and governance practices
- Experience managing contracts, KPIs, risks, issues, and escalations
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and influencing skills
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent qualified experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
