Peak Management seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers. The technician supports Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, Ridges of Cascade, Oxford Place, and The Reserve at Oxford. Maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and on-call availability are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support maintenance needs across six Grand Rapids properties
- Provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers
- Troubleshoot electronic systems and maintain equipment
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Apply technical and HVAC understanding during maintenance work
Requirements:
- Maintenance experience with technical and HVAC understanding
- Electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation for travel between properties
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, and crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
