Our client is a growing financial services organization seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator. You will work with an experienced sales team while engaging Investment Advisors, promoting investment products, generating business opportunities, and coordinating appointments. The position supports development in sales and business development. Previous sales, customer service, relationship management, or financial services experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inbound and outbound calls across Western Canada
- Promote investment products and identify business opportunities
- Build skilled relationships with Investment Advisors




- Schedule qualified appointments for Business Development Representatives
- Maintain advisor interactions and follow-ups within the CRM

Requirements:

- College diploma or undergraduate degree in any discipline
- Comfort with frequent outbound calls and client engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word and Excel
